FAQ: How Can I Grow Hair Faster?

I would like to grow hair faster. Is there any secret way?

Hair grows about 1/2 inch a month - which is decided by your DNA, along with "up to what length" your hair can grow. However, if you eat a good nutrition* (full of protein, vitamins, and no junk food and drink plenty of water), your hair will thank you for it by looking healthy, shiny and strong - that is if you do not fry it with chemicals (improperly used tints, lighteners or straighteners) and hot tools, such as flat irons, curling irons and blow-dryers.
If it comes to hair-cutting your hair - do so about every 2 months, but ask your stylist to cut only split ends - about 1/4 inch. This way you will still keep 3/4 of an inch every 2 months.

*Good nutrition means like home made cooking from natural ingredients and no use of GMOs. Foods prepared by factories (ie. TV dinners) may be full of chemical preservatives and ingredients grown with the use of GMOs.
